Soteria at Work on display at GSP

Soteria CDC’s social enterprise, Soteria at Work, collaborated with Rey Alfonso to create “Correspondencia” for Soteria’s 2024 Fall Fundraiser. The piece was auctioned off and won by local interior designer Kathleen Reynolds who wanted to donate the artwork to a public space where our story could be told on a larger scale. When Jerry suggested the airport, Kathleen reached out to her friends and made it happen. GSP not only hung our piece on permanent display in Terminal A, but they also created a short film to tell our story through a QR code placed next to the piece for travelers from all over the world to learn about our work.

On May 12, 2025, the airport unveiled the artwork at a press release. Media coverage: WSPA | GREENVILLE JOURNAL | FOX CAROLINA
